There are many ways to get involved with the Washington Square West Civic Association. Whether you have a little time or want to take on a more active role, we welcome neighbors who want to help care for our community.

Attend a Meeting or Event:

Stay informed and connected by joining us at public meetings and neighborhood events.

Block Captains help strengthen communication and connection at the block level. This role is a great fit for neighbors who want to share information, welcome new residents, and help keep their block informed and engaged.

Fun Fact:

The name “Washington Square West” came into official use in the late 1950s and early 1960s as part of Edmund Bacons comprehensive plan for Center City.
