Learn how to be your own Philadelphia 311 operator! The WashWest Civic Associations Safety Committee hosts this special 311 training class. In this class, attendees will:
- learn how to use the “backend” section of the 311 system, with access to the same information as city hall operators
- Get your own log-in code
- be able to submit, and track in detail, any 311 filed issue
Attendees MUST bring their own laptop computer! No computers will be available on site. Internet connections will be provided.
This class is limited to 20 attendees.
