Support McCall School

McCall School, the public K-8 school serving Wash West, could use your support as they head back to school in under 2 weeks. Wish Lists are a great way to ensure that your money is going directly to the needs of teachers and students! Whether you buy a book or clear a classroom’s entire list, your support will have a big impact.

Wishlists for McCall School enrichment and classroom teachers can be found on the mccallschool.org website.

Community Gardens giving back

In addition to beautifying the neighborhood with pollinator friendly plantings, the gardens donate food to pantries around the neighborhood. The Waverly Street Community Garden just recently made another donation of fresh produce to AME Church on South Street.

Find out more about our neighborhood gardens on the Civic website.

Seger Park’s Woofstock
