Dranoff Properties will be presenting their proposed mixed-use development: “The proposed project is a 28-story luxury mixed-use building located at the northeast corner of Broad and Pine Streets. This new project will consist of 56 for sale residential units, underground resident parking and ground floor retail. The project is being designed by local architectural firm Cecil Baker + Partners and developed by Dranoff Properties.”
This will be the official neighborhood presentation required as part of the Civic Design Review process. The public will have the opportunity to comment on the proposed development; these comments will be taken into account by the Washington Square West Civic Association who will have a representative at the Civic Design Review meeting.
