Katie Dillon Low – Board Member
Katie came to Philadelphia in 2007 to pursue her graduate degree in fine art at Pennsyvania Academy of Fine Arts. After graduating she moved to Wash West and has lived in the neighborhood since 2011. Aside from her studio practice and job as an art installer, Katie volunteers her time and talents as an organizer and all around DIY champion with a variety of mutual aid groups and historic preservation causes. She hopes to use her place on the Wash West board to help represent and advocate for all members of the community.
